Suncoast Sebastopol

Okay for a short stay Positive: Beds were comfortable and couch in lounge as well. Negative: The decor was too cluttered multiple prints on walls plastic and fake flowers every where and everything purple. Was a house built behind another house so only view was to fence

Negative: Kettle and hair drier were useable as plugs didn’t comply.

Positive: very roomy and comfortable we enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in ballarat Negative: nothing to dislike

Lovely house taht suited our needs Positive: Good communication. Good parking Negative: Would be handy to know it is down a path behind another house

Great, clean 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, met our needs perfectly. Positive: The house was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The surrounding street were quiet. 3 double beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable base to explore Ballarat. Toilet separate to bathroom adds more convenience as well. Very easy instructions on access and all other important points. Negative: Only draw back was the outdoor area was small so if you were staying for a longer period, that could be a drawback. It wasn't at all important for our stay though. Also the cleaner hadn't quite finished at check in time, but this was not a big deal.
