Suncoast Apollo 1

Positive: Good location, very well equipped and spacious. Comfortable beds too. Negative: Leaking shower in en suite and shower door didn't shut properly so water went everywhere. Dripping tap in kitchen.

Overall it was comfortable and suited our needs. Some general improvement would be beneficial including improving access and usability of the backyard; better lighting in the kitchen and better set up of the living areas. Close to shops and parks.

Expected more for the price. Positive: Convenient location for our needs. Comfortable beds. Negative: Needs repair. Multiple holes in walls, 2 out of 3 tvs did not work.

For short stay only Positive: Spacious large living areas plus decent size rooms; easy access; amenities; Negative: A strong odour was coming out of the BR 2 and the toilet. It appeared that these two areas were not cleaned properly; the linen and towels provided were old and smelly; stains from previous use were evident; leaking taps and no lights in the backyard were also noted

Nice place Negative: We could not get into the property with the code, the owner had to tell us where the keys were. It took a while. Bad start.
